This workshop is perfect for beginners and covers all the basics you need to start printmaking. Topics include:
- How to turn your photo or sketch into a print
- Tool handling and carving techniques
- Inking the block
- Paper handling
- Printing with a press
- Printing by hand
- What you need to print at home
No prior experience is necessary—just bring your images you want to work with.
The workshops run from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and include additional studio time for practice and exploration. With a maximum of 5 participants per class, you’ll receive plenty of one-on-one guidance in a supportive and creative environment. Material cost is included.
